Responsibilities:

  • Produces and distributes daily, weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyzes and interprets data and report trends.
  • Understands the business needs and participates in establishing performance measures, productivity goals and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides early warning to the Management of potential problems, issues, etc.
  • Lead/participate in Process Improvement and Customer Analytics initiatives.
  • Coordinates with the Operations Supervisors and Managers and other support groups in ensuring that business is running accordingly.
     

Qualifications/Skills:·

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Basic leadership skills and experience
  • Ability to motivate, coach and develop for performance improvement
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Functions well in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and tight SLAs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative.
  • Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations.
  • Multi-tasked; strong problem-solving skills; decision-making ability.
  • Adapts well to increasing scope and complexity of work brought on by business growth.
