Paperless Trail Inc., an IT company providing a wide range of products and services to various
industry sectors in the Philippines, is looking for a senior sales executive with experience in the
automotive sector.

The successful candidate will lead the company’s efforts in the creation and managing of sales
opportunities for company products and services for the automotive markets, including the preparation of
proposals, product presentation, and assistance in marketing efforts. They will be responsible for
meeting and or exceeding specific sales targets for their respective products. The candidates must have
at least 5 years of successful track record in sales to the automotive dealer sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

•  Ensure his/her products achieves or exceeds sales targets;
•  Ensure sufficient market coverage to explore all opportunities on a scheduled basis;
•  Contact potential customers to assess their capability/coverage ;
•  Develop and submit suitable reseller proposals
•  Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts;
•  Develop and maintain strategic sales accounts.
•  Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and services
•  Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Reports to:

•  Sales Manager

Mandatory Qualifications:

•  Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or an appropriate related discipline
•  Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

•  Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
•  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•  Will ideally have worked in large, medium and small companies
•  Will live within easy commuting distance of Makati

Working Hours:

•    Normal working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8:00 to 6:00 and Saturday 8:00 to 12:00, although the successful candidate will be required to be flexible with respect to hours worked to meet the need of the company

Renumeration:

•  There will be a salary component to the successful candidate’s remuneration, but the role is principally commission based
