We recognise that our main asset is the quality of our professional staff.  In the Philippines the call centre industry is highly respected  and is the industry of choice for many highly educated and career minded individuals.  This is in contrast to many other countries, particularly in the developed world, where it is seen as low level employment offering little prospect for personal growth.


Staff quality is consequently substantially higher, and staff turnover is significantly lower in the Philippines than in virtually all other countries offering Call Centre services.

 

We take pride in how we look after our staff, and operate strictly within the employment laws of the Philippines.  In return, our staff have rewarded us with their loyalty, so we now have an established pool of highly trained and experienced staff at all levels of seniority who are accustomed to working with us to provide an excellent service for our customers.
